This complaint is regarding Atlantic & Pacific Association Management at The Plaza On Brickell West. I leased a condo here in April and was told by the building after repeatedly checking they accept tobacco cigarette smokers ( It is barred in the common areas which I have respected ) and that it is up to the owners of each condo whether or not a tenant can smoke inside the individual condo units. The owner of my unit agreed to allow cigarette smoking inside the unit both in the executed lease and verbally. After living here ... read more
