We are a shore motel with 50 rooms included in those 50 are 4 different choices During our summer season we offer free beach passes to every registered guest We also provide a free beach shuttle that runs everyday during peak beach hours Our pool is the biggest in the beach along with the largest sun desk surrounding it We are close to everything you might need during your stay beach, boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, down town, shopping areas, etc.

I think in the spirit of good business you should issue a refund or change their reservation. Their baby passed away, they are not trying to get over on you. Do the right thing.
I wish there was a way to give you 0 stars. Because you gave 0 consideration to long standing customers who endured a tragedy. Refuse to reschedule their vacation. Refuse to refund their money. I hope and pray that none of your loved ones ever faces the tragedy that this family has. But if they do, I hope you get the same treatment you gave to them.
What a terrible thing your company is doing to such great people that are enduring the most horrible times in their lives! I can't believe you guys don't have the heart to let The Mckeegans reschedule their family vacation after such pain they have suffered this week. They have given your business the loyalty of coming back year after year! They have lost a child this week and the least you could do would be to refund them or reschedule! I , as well wish I could give a zero. How could the management/owner be so cold and heartless. The McKeegans and their entire family have been regular customers. After the tragedy of losing a baby, you can't find it in your heart to let them change their dates. SHAME ON YOU�
It is a sad, sad thing that you cannot accommodate an amazing family that is grieving the loss of their child. It is such a shame that money is more important to your company than your customers are. Get your priorities straight.
