Great location. Amenities such as the shuttle to the boardwalk and free beach passes are worth the price. Good staff too.
The wifi kept kicking you off, also we went to the beach at 930 and can back @ around 3pm and the room wasn't attended to. I've stayed at much bigger places and have had the room cleaned, beds made, and fresh towels no later than 11am. I was very disappointed.
You should be ashamed of your business. that family endured the worst loss imaginable..& you could arrange to have them visit at another time...I hope Karma gets u for that...
I want everyone to share this post... Our family has stayed here over the years and had reservations to stay here for this past Monday when everything happened with Logan. My entire family paid advanced reservations for all the rooms a combined $804.16... We didn't ask for the money back we asked if they could allow us to come at a later date.
