We are a shore motel with 50 rooms included in those 50 are 4 different choices During our summer season we offer free beach passes to every registered guest We also provide a free beach shuttle that runs everyday during peak beach hours Our pool is the biggest in the beach along with the largest sun desk surrounding it We are close to everything you might need during your stay beach, boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, down town, shopping areas, etc.

If I could give no stars I would. You should be absolutely ashamed at the way you handle a business. For someone to endure the loss of a second child in such a short amount of time is beyond horrific. This is supposed to be a pleasant place to come and get away get your mind off things and enjoy the company of your family and or friends yet they have lost a precious innocent little baby and you simply can not adjust their vacation package or refund them. Your establishment is a disgrace and you are making a very poor choice. By trying to make some 800 bucks off a family in a tragic situation, you are hopefully going to lose your livelihood..... You deserve to lose everything
Wow. I can't believe you won't refund or partial refund a family's money because of the death of their CHILD. They would've likely rescheduled and came at a different date. Not now. And neither will anyone else they know. What do you want to see? A picture of their deceased child? I hope you as management, whoever made this 'executive decision' never has to endure the death of a child and be slighted like the McKeegans and extended family have been.
You must refund all of the money to the Mckeegan and Kiraly family. They just experienced a terrible loss and your refusal to reimburse their money is cruel and a horrible business practice. I live in Long Branch, NJ and will be sure everyone I know does not visit your establishment. I also am recommending that a complaint is filed with the Better Business Bureau so that there money is returned.
