I totally agree with *Guy Ben* on his/her feedback. @ *Rachel R.*, What are you trying to accomplish with your copy/paste feedback in different dates? Atlantic Management's objective is to collect their fee and do as little as possible in order to maximize margin. The owner, Larry Silverman, refuses to do a weekly walk through of the property and apply standard project management techniques in order to ensure that the building is properly maintained.
