We had ***** and his crew (including **** and Jordany) onsite for two weeks installing our AC in a rather unorthodox house layout and they were all exceedingly professional, efficient, and courteous. They even finished the work ahead of schedule and were quick to reach out with any questions along the way to keep the job moving at a strong pace. On January 13 &14 I had ***** and ***** at my home replacing my Heat Pump system Both technicians were on time each day, responsible, and expert in their field of work. This was a job that took 2 long days and both men were careful of my living room and attended to Covid protocols. They asked me good questions and addressed all my questions and concerns.They did not leave each day until I had heat and the system was operating properly. I give both field technicians five stars,

************ just did the "winter tune-up" of my mother's gas-fired furnace.A+ service, all the way around: **** was timely, courteous, efficient, friendly and highly-competent, even "going the extra mile" to look at plumbing lines in a common basement and discussing possible freezing pipe or cooling line issues with the property manager. He even saved us $ on media, pulling out the air filter to demonstrate how relatively clean it was, not in need of replacement.Would be delighted to have him return for A/C tune-up, in the ... read more

As a long-time customer, I have always been completely satisfied with ALL the good people at Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning. I want to take this opportunity to thank ************** He has been my go-to technician for many years now: he now does all of our yearly checkups and maintenance visits, and comes for emergencies if he is available. We had our central air unit replaced because it was at the end of its life. And we added a unit for the first floor, which we did not have previously. It turned out to be a four day job. Normally, I would not want to have workers around me for four days, but I must tell you, the team of workers who came were so pleasant, detailed and thorough, that it was truly a pleasure to have them here.
