This place is really one of those if they don't care about you they show they don't care. Constantly getting paperwork wrong having results from tests they sent off for and weeks later still not scheduling an appointment with you until you bug them to death and then when you do get in there they act like they don't want to see you and that's fine if they don't they just act a little better at least act like they care a tiny bit
I really like my Dr....Simmons. He seems to really care about your pain and Simptoms.
I know they deal with broken toes day in and day out, but I do not. When I brought my daughter to them with her toe turned in the wrong direction of course I was worried and concerned. I didn’t know if it needed immediate attention or if it would heal turned out if it was not taken care right away. I was a mom with a little girl who was hurt and in pain and they showed no concern for her or that I was worried. They wouldn’t even consider taking a look at it for at least a week.
