Very unprofessional office greeter at the wentworth surgical center.I showed up for a colonoscopy and was 1/2 early and in a condescending throne was told “you know you’re a half hour early. The she asked for my ID, insurance card and a credit card to put on file. When I said I didn’t have credit card she said they can’t proceed. I told her to cancel it. I contacted my insurance and was told I was covered with no out of pocket money. I also had them send a reprimanding letter to them. I would never recommend this practice!!
If I could leave a review with no stars I would. These are people who will not even return a call to confirm an appointment for a colonoscopy -- basic decency when the prep involved means no eating anything for 24 hours in advance. The actual doctors might be great, but their support staff? HORRIFIC...... Unfortunately, these people consider themselves the only game in town, so they don't care. They don't seem to grasp that most of us own cars -- and can transport ourselves elsewhere, which I will do for every test for the ... read more
