Emailed them about a particular bike and gave them all the details on my trade in. The salesman Dean stated he could probably do the deal or better then changed his mind after I drove an hour to the dealer. Reason he changed his mind is because he didn’t do the proper research prior to making me come all the way down there. I know his tactic was to get me in to see the bike and I would cave in.
