Want to say a big thank you to the Parts Dept- especially JT! Got a call a week or so ago from JT letting me know that soft lowers for my Sport Glide we’re being released by H-D this week. He said he knew I rode year round and that I’ve been wanting them. He ordered them for me, and I got them this week. So nice to have a dealership that really cares and goes out of their way to be helpful! Makes you feel like part of the family!
