Excellent experience. I drove 3.5 hours and past 3 Rommel HD dealerships due to exceptional customer treatment from the initial telephone call to the handshake just before riding the bike off the lot. Go see Zack, right bike at the right price.

Drove an extra 45 min to get a part to fix up a friends Harley over the weekend. Not only were the people there a lot nicer, but the parts & service guys actually knew what they were talking about! On top of that their merchandise selection is a lot larger & the museum kicks ass! We will be driving the extra miles from Here on out to go to Atlantic County Harley instead of ocean. :)
Took my sportster in for it's 25,000 mile service today, and all went well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Service department was great-thank you Derrick for all your help. Very happy with my experience!
