stinks of urine – If they would spend as much time cleaning the place as they do posting phony reviews, maybe I wouldn't be writing this.This is the worse place to leave your pet. I got one smell and looked at the dirty cages and took my dog to another place in the next town.Too bad this is the only place close to the casinos. If you love your pet you will do a little driving to make sure they are well taken care of. This place stinks.

Geri arrived late at night with her very small dog. We recommended that she place her petite dog in the middle area where there were no other dogs. In the back area were many large dogs. Due to her late night intrusion, dogs were awakened, and barked (loudly). Unfortunately, Geri's dog immediately became frightened, and petrified by the large dogs in their accommodations. BAD BET – I will never take my dog back here again. The facility stinks of urine and toxic cleaners. Dogs are wearing diapers and she was terrified when I picked her up. Don't go by the reviews posted by the owner - review the facility yourself - DEMAND to see "behind the curtain" and ask for 5 LOCAL REFERENCES...they won't be able to provide them because everyone in Atlantic County knows they are the worst facility.

Amazing Hotel for Pets – I was referred by both CitiSearch and my Casino Hotel. I love Atlantic City but I love my Maltese more. I would never put Winston in a Kennel and have had bad experiences with pet sitters. The AC Pet Hotel is amazing. They are minutes from my Hotel/Casino. Heaven for Pets – This is the perfect vacation place for my dog. They have lots of fun. It's a great experience because Spiky gets to interact with other dogs. The staff is extrememly nice and they love and care for my dog when I am away. The groomer is an excellent groomer. There is no other place in New Jersey like it. I recommend the Pet Hotel for all dog and cat owners who want the best care for their pets.
Club Med for Dogs – I take my poodle to the Pet Hotel whenever I travel for business or vacation. Misty loves it there. When I tell her she is going to the Pet Hotel she gets all excited. She gets lots of attention and play time there. She gets her own air conditioned room with a bed and stereo music. Worst pet boarding!!!! – I am shocked to see positive reviews of the Atlantic City Pet Hotel. They must have written them themselves. THE PLACE IS FILTHY. STINKS OF URINE. Dogs are in diapers so they don't have to walk them. You have to be crazy or really hate your animal to leave her there.

It's sad to say but some people should not be permitted to have a pet. Matybird saw "Baby", our 15-year old Maltese, The Owner Of The AC Pet Hotel, in our front greeting area, in his diapers. Yes, Our pet wears a diaper because he loves to stay, play, and greet his new friends. However, the diaper rectifies his problem. His diaper is changed every 2-3 hours so he stays very comfortable. Best Hotel - I wish I could stay here!! – I love to come to Atlantic City and now so does my Spanky. I live in Brooklyn, NY and have access to the best kennels in the world. Spanky and I would rate this one up there with the best.
