This distributor is the BEST! I am a General Contractor working in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, NW and Potomac areas and send all of my clients to Natalie. This company has no quality control process. I ordered several fixtures from them for a bathroom remodeling. The tri-view/mirror cabinet was crooked, there were defects in the drawers, and the faucet was defective. While the company was good about checking on the status of my order, they do not take it out of the box to ensure the quality. I would not use them again.
