Verified Renter Atlantic at Parkridge is a great community to live in. I have now been here for 6 months and my experience has been great so far. The entire community is maintained really well and the pool and amenities center are truly top-notch. The maintenance team is super good and very helpful and prompt. The leasing office staff is also really great and approachable. There are frequent events organized and a lot of fun.

Wonderful place to stay No issues at all with my apartment. Great location right now to the highway making it very easy to get to different places. Quiet community with a great pool scene. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move to Columbia.
Verified Renter The maintenance at the complex is excellent. The work is normally completed within 24 hours and it’s done correctly. I’ve never had to submit another work order due to the issue not being fixed.

Verified Renter Great place to live near Downtown Columbia, SC. Central hub of a lot of grocery stores/shopping/food/etc. Great fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool. Relatively quiet community minus the occasional ambulance/police/fire sirens.

My past experience with the last apartment complex was completely different in a bad way so I truly appreciate all the hard work and friendliness that is represented in by the Management and staff.
