Verified Renter The maintenance at the complex is excellent. The work is normally completed within 24 hours and it’s done correctly. I’ve never had to submit another work order due to the issue not being fixed.

Verified Renter Great place to live near Downtown Columbia, SC. Central hub of a lot of grocery stores/shopping/food/etc. Great fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool. Relatively quiet community minus the occasional ambulance/police/fire sirens.

My past experience with the last apartment complex was completely different in a bad way so I truly appreciate all the hard work and friendliness that is represented in by the Management and staff.
