Verified Renter I absolutely love living at APR! My apartments is has all needed features, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer. The amenities are also awesome - the pool is beautiful and the gym is amazing! The location of this apartment complex is great - 5 minutes from the Harbison area which has shopping, restaurants, etc. I have also had great interaction with both the office staff and the maintenance team!

Verified Renter My experience with Atlantic at Parkridge has been seamless. There was no pressure to rent something upon my first visit. There was followup to see if I was still interested but nothing harassing. Once I finally decided on Atlantic the paperwork was all electronic. I stopped by and grabbed the keys on move in day and was done!
