Verified Renter If you were looking to move into the Columbia area, but don’t wanna be in downtown. This is one of the best places to stay in the area very close to the highway easy to touch all points of Columbia. Very safe and the apartment complex has taken steps to make it safer, including security riding through. Also building a large fence around the entire property definitely recommend.

The entire community is maintained really well and the pool and amenities center are truly top-notch. The maintenance team is super good and very helpful and prompt. The leasing office staff is also really great and approachable. There are frequent events organized and a lot of fun.
