Would never rent from Newport/Atlantic again, and judging by the countless similar stories online about security deposit disputes here, our experience was clearly not unique. The most frustrating part was the blatant double standard between the condition the apartment was delivered to us in versus the condition they demanded when we moved out. Have really enjoyed living at ATLANTIC Newport for over two years. It is well-maintained, great waterfront location, and a genuinely caring team. Thanks to Corado and the whole maintenance team for always responding quickly and doing quality work whenever something needs fixing. Big thanks as well to the whole front desk team including Briana, Andrew, Bernardo and Walter. Each of these guys are so affectionate, they truly make this place feel like home.
I’ve really enjoyed living here. All the concierge are very helpful and friendly - Bernardo, Andrew, Brianna, Walter! Maintenance staff was also receptive and quick to handle requests.
Staff provides best in class support to residents, they are always there to help and do it with amazing grace. Thanks to all the staff at Atlantic!
