View is great (from the deck and if you get riverfront view from appartment), big spacious appartments. Lived here for a year. You might have to register complain about appliences time to time but they are quick to respond. Riverfront is so close. Amenities are very lacking for the rent price range.

I moved out about 70 days ago but still have not received the balance of my security deposit. Over $535 was deducted from my deposit, and many of the charges are questionable. I was charged over $200 for tub reglazing (due to the tub being yellowed), which was never mentioned during the final walkthrough. The damage to the water dripping damaged side panel of the vanity base was also an issue. The lounge wifi has been down for a week despite the management office claiming everyday someone came in to repair. Update: They finally did send someone in 10days later. It's up and good ever since
