If I could have given this place a minus five star. I would have. I've been bringing friends to buy cars over there for just about a year if not longer. Eli is the owner of the place. He would give you the best smile and make you feel welcome, but at the end everyone i bring over there got screwed. Recently I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. He was professional, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out for me. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Worst experience I had I bought a 2010 honda accord it had nothing but issues getting in touch with Chris is almost impossible and very unprofessional, never got my warranty refund back, my sister in law bought her first car from them as well we did all the paper work with chris she had a Tennessee permit was told it won’t be a problem we had keep getting temporary tags still waiting for a plate as well he said he would give us a new side mirror cap never received it and it’s been 3-4 months now and she has an expired temp t... read more
We ended up at this dealership yesterday by accident. We were looking for our son a car (Nissan Altima) & after viewing some shady car lots on the Southside off Roosevelt Hwy, we went to Marietta because of a car lot that had an Altima on their website. The GPS led us to the address of Atlantas Best vs Cortez, so we asked him what did he have! There was a dark grey 2017 Nissan Altima, so we took it for a test drive while Chris worked on numbers! VERY PLEASED with them & I will be back in a few months to cash out on another!
