Love it Love this property, I have lived here for over 5 years and the management is amazing. They go above and beyond!!
Flooding and Mold My apartment has flooded for years. When it rains too hard my entire bedroom floods. Management has put in very little effort to fix the problem over the years which has now resulted in mold in the walls. Be safe and do not move here. My apartment is not the only one that floods. They will have someone come dry your carpet and call it good.
Don't rent here Lived here for a few months. Our apartment had issues where It kept flooding. Over the summer called in and reported leaky dishwasher. Maintenance came and fixed a broken garbage disposal but did nothing about the flood in my apartment. After moving it out the apartment manager says I did not report this to her even though i did months before moving out. Had so many other issues due to the water leak and ended up having to move. Bed Bugs There are bed bugs all over these apartments. I've lived here a few years. TIP: when you see furniture in the trash - never rent from that apartment. Not only that - they don't care one bit about maintenance issues - unless it's an emergency. You better check out and make sure ALL appliances work before you agree to rent an apartment here.
First place in Oklahoma I have recently moved to Oklahoma and unfamiliar with the area. Ashley at Village on the green made the entire process of finding a place, filling out paperwork and information extremely easy. I actually am excited about the coming year and what ever else it has to hold here at Village on the green
Simple but Cozy... Atlanta Terrace is just above the basics apartment complex. Its clean, quiet, and affordable. It has all the necessaries, but no frills. I like it, for the fact of having under 20 units...so minimal traffic, quiet. Its centrally located in town...wich is the best. You can have pets, but no puppies or pits...sucks...but the laundry has a/c, and there is pool...it looks like an old motel 6 pool, but its always empty.
