Don't rent here Lived here for a few months. Our apartment had issues where It kept flooding. Over the summer called in and reported leaky dishwasher. Maintenance came and fixed a broken garbage disposal but did nothing about the flood in my apartment. After moving it out the apartment manager says I did not report this to her even though i did months before moving out. Had so many other issues due to the water leak and ended up having to move. Simple but Cozy... Atlanta Terrace is just above the basics apartment complex. Its clean, quiet, and affordable. It has all the necessaries, but no frills. I like it, for the fact of having under 20 units...so minimal traffic, quiet. Its centrally located in town...wich is the best. You can have pets, but no puppies or pits...sucks...but the laundry has a/c, and there is pool...it looks like an old motel 6 pool, but its always empty.
