They don't deserve 1 star! Terrible Service! – scheduled carpet cleaning with Atlanta Pro Cleaners, $89 for 7 areas w/free deodorizer, $55 Scotchguard for 7 areas, total of $144. The gentlemen showed up with a portable industrial unit and a sales pitch - I can "deep clean" your carpet for $35 per area and guaranty it for 30 days. If I could throw these guys out of business!! – One word: Thieves. I called in, got a quote for $25 for one room. They came, ended up really being 75. Since they were already there and I took time off work, I used them. One guy came, he cleaned, he left all in a matter of 20 min. The carpet, after it dried, was still filthy. They did a horrible job, overcharged, and would not follow up on the multiple appointments I attempted to schedule afterwards. HORRIBLE COMPANY – I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. They're VERY unprofessional, they did a HORRIBLE job cleaning my carpets, they REFUSED to honor their guanrantee and I will NEVER use them again.
Thieves – These people stole money from me. Don't let them into your house.
Great company and service! – would definitely recommend & would use Atlanta pro Carpet Cleaning again. did a great job in cleaning, explaining the process and reviewing his work with me. Very nice to work with.
Great Carpet Cleaning Service - You won't be disappointed. – I had my carpets and upholstery on my couch, loveseat and chair cleaned. Provided great service and thorough work. I will definately use them again for future work and for those I know that need their carpets and upholstery cleaned. He did great work
Do Not Use Carpetcleaningofatlanta. com – Do Not Use This Company....... Over The phone the promised me a truck-mounted machine and the guy came with a small home depot-like machine. More than that he had the nerve to tell me they made a mistake and the price is much higher than i was initially told.
DO NOT USE!!!! – Terrible. Quoted me one thing...when the guy came for pickup said it would be A LOT more. He assured me it would be done for the quote. They siad they would DRY CLEAN it and did a quick steam clean so the spots show up MORE than before they got it. DO NOT USE!!!
Avoid these guys like the plague – The dryer duct cleaning was three times the agreed upon price. The dryer made very loud noises afterwards. Phones calls were not returned. After three calls, a followup appt was set. The driver no showed and claimed he was never given a number. I called back and was told that my call was ******
