I would love to thank Mr. Alex Sanchez and his team for exceeding my expectations. The Helene ordeal was a difficult time. We had so much damage that it scared us that the insurance company would not cover all of it. However, Mr. Sanchez was a God-sent answer. He assisted with estimates and the adjuster was satisfied with his estimates and damage findings. He assisted when the adjuster showed up for any terminology I was not familiar with. Atlanta Prime Roofing, the best of all the rest. We are completely satisfied with our new roof, and our neighbors were just as satisfied with their work, specially completing the work the same day. Trying to get them to get a new roof. The crew arrived on time, and they went to work. They took their breaks and lunch as any employee would be expected, and back to work. They were on a mission. Atlanta Prime Roofing is a great company to do business with! Matthew Diaz, their representative, walked us through the process, dealt with our insurance company, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their team of roofers are very skilled, efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with and didn't leave one speck of trash in our yard after installing our new roof..
