I called to be seen as a new patient while possibly experiencing a miscarriage. They said it was against their policy to see me and referred me back to my original provider whose services I was not happy with. Lack of care and compassion I would avoid this practice at all costs.

Went to this practice for nearly 9 years. Laura Almquist gaslit me and the pain I experienced during my periods for nearly 7. I voiced concerns about pain that increased in severity every year to the point I was missing work meetings, crumpled in the fetal position for days, and even visited urgent care. My appt was back in Jan. Appt was ok. A little delay on getting back to the office but no problem. Talked to the doctor and addressed some concerns. Got a lab done and today 3 months after I receive a $300 bill for just labs bc i cant ask extra stuff on the annual because everything will be billed as extra. They should mention this at the time of the appointment so I can decide what to do or not. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed it twice by text. However, when I arrived, I was told that my appointment had been canceled the day before. I never received any text or email. I did have a missed call but when I called back, the line was busy and they were closed by the time I tried calling back again. I assumed they were calling to confirm my appointment again since I didn't receive a text or email notifying me of the cancellation. I had a very disappointing experience trying to establish care with this OB practice as a new patient. I am newly pregnant and needed to schedule an appointment, and the only reason I was switching providers is due to an insurance change requiring me to see providers within this network. When I initially called, I was told I needed to have my previous OB records faxed over before they could schedule me.
