I tried to make an appointment over the phone, online and in person --- no help-- rude, unfriendly people, terrible attitude.
Let me start by saying to even get ahold of someone to answer the phone to make an appt is almost impossible. Finally made an appt and they were booked pretty far in advance and that was ok, no rush. Appt day finally came and felt like appt was rushed and doctor didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Anyway she took labs and ordered me refills. I never got called for my labs results nor was any refill sent to my pharmacy. This is weeks later. Tried to contact office for update . Again no answer . I guess I’m out of luck know... read more
Don’t even bother trying to schedule an appointment. They will leave you on hold and never pick up the phone. They never return your calls and are booked for months out. Go somewhere else.
I was asked to provide my ethnicity when scheduling which I thought was very weird. Do they base scheduling or standard of care on someone’s race? This question should not be asked when someone is trying to schedule an appt. Never have I been asked this before by any doctor during appt scheduling.
