The new building is so nice! The staff was very helpful. I just had an appointment at the Peachtree location and had to come back the next day for some lab work. Someone at another location somehow scheduled me for there instead of Peachtree and I didn't know until I got to Peachtree. They moved some things around and got me in anyways!

I tried to make an appointment over the phone, online and in person --- no help-- rude, unfriendly people, terrible attitude.

Let me start by saying to even get ahold of someone to answer the phone to make an appt is almost impossible. Finally made an appt and they were booked pretty far in advance and that was ok, no rush. Appt day finally came and felt like appt was rushed and doctor didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Anyway she took labs and ordered me refills. I never got called for my labs results nor was any refill sent to my pharmacy. This is weeks later. Tried to contact office for update . Again no answer . I guess I’m out of luck know... read more

Don’t even bother trying to schedule an appointment. They will leave you on hold and never pick up the phone. They never return your calls and are booked for months out. Go somewhere else.
