I again called back the next day to ask for their administrators and this person screamed "I am the only person you will ever speak to" screaming and yelling. He refused to connect me with anyone above him so that I could submit a complaint about his behavior. This individual blocks and controls all calls to the facility so as to prevent any complaints against himself. And he explicitly stated that "no one will ever speak to anyone but himself".
