Wouldn’t let me take it to my mechanic. Said they have a 5 mile radius policy. I even found a closer mechanic (14 miles) and they still wouldn’t budge. Maybe it’s not hurting your business but you lost a customer for a car you’ve had on the lot for months because of a shady policy. Good luck.
