Disappointing , we asked kindly to use the fuel pump that one of your crews was blocking and they denied just because they were in lunch break ! There is people waiting for pumps and do not have the time to wait on people to finish their lunch! It was not difficult to move somewhere else like a PARKING SPOT! We are in a time where people need to help each other out and not be rude!
As an association manager, ALG is hands down one of my go-to landscaping companies. Anytime an association needs a new landscaper, Devin is the first person I call. Homeowner complaints have been very rare, and when they do happen, ALG is quick to respond and make it right. It's such a relief to have a team I can trust.
How do I give zero stars? This so-called landscape company is beyond bad. They have been servicing my neighborhood for the last few years and have recently been refusing to pick up ANY branches or sticks brought down by storms as it’s not in their contract. If picking up downed sticks isn’t part of landscape management, then what is it? I’m talking about sticks that are easily picked up by hand, not oversized limbs requiring cutting. ALG has serviced several of my communities I manage, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They provide thorough reports after each service, which helps tremendously with tracking maintenance and staying on top of any issues. Their team is always responsive and quick to communicate any items that need attention. It’s a relief to work with a company that is reliable, proactive, and committed to quality. Highly recommend!
If I could give this company a negative score it would be more accurate. 4 weeks ago an employee of this company broke a decorative Tiffany gazing ball and I was told today that they aren't liable for any damages done on properties they work on. Isn't that why companies have to pay for insurance??? Horrible service, horrible management and even worse customer service!!! Don't use this company!
