If you must go here don’t go to Chandra. Rude, dismissive, always 15 - 40 minutes late. Will prescribe you random things. She told me to look on google about the medication she was trying to prescribe me. WHEN IM PAYING HER TO TELL ME ABOUT THE MEDICATION. Blown away by her unprofessionalism. DONT GO HERE. Especially not to Candra Williams carelessly prescribes medication with A COMPLETE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE on the side affects. Always late with no apologies. She was 40 minutes late to an appointment I rescheduled to sooner because of how badly i reacted to medication SHE PRESCRIBED ME and i ended up taking wrong because of her not giving me any information on how to do so. If you want help and to get better not worse steer clear of her.
This place doesn’t seem to care about follow ups. Was put on a medication and i asked for a diagnosis and my doctor kept forgetting about it. Each time he sees me he would just try to up my dose *edit because i gave this place a chance: seriously don’t come here. Absolute negligence for individuals already dealing with mental turmoil
Great service with excellent people that truly care about their patients. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
The TMS staff here are super friendly and caring. TMS has been helping my depression without needing to add more medication, I’m grateful my psych here suggested this!
