EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE – I have received flowers from this establishment for many years and have never experienced anything except quality flowers and exceptional customer care from the delivery drivers to the operators, all the way up to the management. Their thirty plus years of servicing our area shows on every level.

Terrible Customer Service-BAD ATTITUDE!!!! – My husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day for me and had them delivered to my job. There was no card with the flowers, so I called the the florest to get more infomration. The guy that answered talked to me like I was mentally challenged, "okay, open the envelope...See the card? Atlanta Flower Market – My husband had place an order for my birthday. When the arrangement was delivered I took a picture and text it to my husband; he text me back saying that's not what I ordered. That's not 14 stems and pink lilies.I called the florist and the young lady that answered I explained the issue and asked for what FTD and sent them as our order and how many roses were supposed to be, she would not tell me and told me to contact FTD.
