Absolutely wonderful. I have been here in person for 4 very special occasions and every time I have been blown away. I explain what I'm looking for or ask them to create something and always am beyond thrilled.

This company should not be allowed to service the public. I am going to do what I can to discourage FTD to allow them to fill orders. Issues: Delivery to wrong address, flower substitution unacceptable, poor quality of flowers, poor arrangement, not willing to apologize for mis delivery or poor quality. I called FTD and they reimbursed the charge with no questions asked. The "florist" never returned my first two phone calls of complaint, so I took the arrangement back to them in person. Awful! Please, do not use them or Wesley Berry Flowers that uses them to fulfill orders. It is a SCAM/RACKET and I am reporting to every association I can think of. The owner is deplorable as far as customer service...verbally abusive and extremely irrational.

Don't use this florist for Mother's Day, or for anything else that matter. I have never been so disappointed and insulted by a flower and gift delivery as I was for my anniversary this year. Atlanta Flower Market screwed up my order, huge. They were rude and did not do the right thing to fix it. Avoid!!!

There is a reason that this place gets only 1 star reviews. They actually deserve 0 stars if that was an option. By and far the worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers and gifts for someone. So I ordered this 3 color purple roses bouquet for my wife on our anniversary. I ordered it two weeks in advance so there wouldn't be any problems. NEVER NEVER USE! I placed an FTD order for 36 Red long stem roses to be delivered to my wife for our 3rd year anniversary. Instead of getting 36 red roses there were only 27 roses. I called FTD and told them that the correct amount of flowers were not delivered. The representative told me that the order would be delivered again to my wife with the correct amount. Please go elsewhere. Flowers delivered on Friday evening were wilted, petals fallen off, and stems moldy by Sunday. A family member spent a good bit of money on these and that they were supposed to lift my spirits, so I wrote an email on Monday to complain. Not Happy! Just received my Valentines bouquet of 2 dozen roses sent by my husband. Nothing like having to rearrange your flowers when you get them!!! I don't know how much my husband paid for this arrangement but I'm certain it was a lot - and am also certain it wasn't worth it. ALL the rose stems are the same length, they are all crammed into a vase that isn't made for TWO dozen roses, and they are all already open and leaves peeling back!!!! Stay Away! ! ! – As soon as I walked in I wanted to turn around. The place is really dirty and looks like the building may fall down at any minute. Lady which I believe was the owner was extremely rude and arrogant. She couldnt wait to push me out of the door. I dont normally take time to write reviews, however I felt it was necessary to let people know that I NEVER go back.
