Was referred to them for help. Lizette handled the intake, was understanding and we diligently gathered and submitted all information asked for. It has been almost a month now and we have been ghosted. No response to several emails and no resolution after a Zahra got involved. Sorry to say they are an agency that does not provide help.
Shane Phillips has been attacked and discriminated by my HOA members , I can not watch this or participate in the illegal acts of this Homeowners association no longer. This organization has done nothing to protect him or even take his case ! Shameful organization!
This organization does nothing protect homeowners from assult or abuse by racial abuse in people's neighborhoods. This organization needs to be defended because all the do is waste your time and don't respect you !
Literally a waste of time! Lizette was very empathetic however speaking to them throughout this ENTIRE process did not help me in any way shape or form
