The service from the eye doctor and her staff was very good. The LensCrafters staff was slow. There were three associates on the floor while I was making my frame selections. They all disappeared right before I finished looking. I finally left without buying anything.
These wonderful individuals made my day! Natasha and Carlos at the front desk were so helpful with insurance and checkout. Judy and Dr. Govan were fast, efficient, and answered every question I had. Zardana was also extremely helpful with selecting features for my friends glasses! I’ve been going to perimeter mall for 10 years now and can’t believe I haven’t gotten my eyes checked here until now. I definitely recommend LensCrafters to make your day too! �
Had an issue with lens/frame fit, and it was addressed. I was treated with courtesy all around, but If uncertain about problem resolution at the sales level, consult with your certified optician.
