Dr. Steenerson is GRRRReat!!!! He did surgery for me 20 years ago and saved my life. His staff has been a support in complications and follow up care. If someone has the skill to remove a tumor from a cranial nerve, I am not overly concerned if they do not give off the warmest first impression. A wonderful caring doctor.
Dr. Steenerson is insensitive and easily offended. He does not listen to your concerns or give appropriate responses. I was told I could go somewhere else twice and that the other dr. opinions 'didnt matter'. overall the worst experience I have ever had a a dr. wish I could get my money back, the attitude was unbelievable.
They specialize in everything ear. If you have Vertigo this is where you want to go for treatment. When I was first referred to them I did some checking. What I found was Dr. Steenerson was one of the top Neuro Otologist in the nation. An otologist is a highly trained specialist for hearing and balance disorders. He is a leader in the field.
