Very bad customer service.
Unresponsive & no follow through. Requested to have a window replaced, I was told they could do it and that it would take two weeks for manufacturing. Here we are over a month later after being told several times it was coming and would be installed. After a month of waiting they stopped accepting my calls and completely ignored my txt. Unprofessional & none responsive to customers. Avoid this company if you actually want the work done.
