Update: I received calls from Jim Major, my service consultant and Jackson Barron. Jim Major and Kim Hayward-Cates, my previous sales consultant who is no longer employed by ACC, are two of the reasons why I have continued my relationship with Mercedes for the past 20 years. However, my issues with Mercedes at this time have absolutely nothing to do with the excellent service that Jim always provides.
