Very nice bedside manner
Dr. Chugani is a wonderful doctor! She answers all our questions and provides exceptional care. She’s very kind and playful with our child and makes her feel safe!
Very hands on doctor. We love being part of Dr. Chugani's practice. I trust her with my kids - she doesn't believe in fear mongering nor does she shy from calling out a potential scare.
I have been coming here for 10 years, recently they must have been acquired by children’s medical group . This is the first time I was unable to get on the phone with a nurse. There is some kind of call center and they only submit a ticket for a nurse so if you work and miss the nurse calling you back you get put back in a queue. Person on the phone said there is no way around this and I was out on hold for a manager for over 10 minutes. I am a physician and this is really sad what’s happened to this office. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so much to the all medical staff at this office. They got us scheduled the same day and we were in and out. The medical assistants were kind and helpful. Dr. Rountree was welcoming and supportive with my teenage son. Thanks to you all he’ll be ready for basketball season.
