Ii have hired this company multiple times for different jobs and It is always a pleasure to work with them. They are always on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I have questions or concerns they always make me feel confident about the service and the quality. If I have any issues they are quick to respond and resolve. The pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend this company!
Prices are affordable but you get what you pay for. I hired Atlanta Carpet Repair and Cleaning to restretch and clean carpets in two of my bedrooms. The restretch turned out well and the carpets did look clean...however, the floors were soaked for over a week after the cleaning. The company should have suctioned more water from the floors but in a hurry to get the job done, they didn't which ruined the baseboards that were touching the wet carpet and soaked up the water. I am late in posting. I had my carpets stretched and cleaned in May 2023. They did an excellent job in moving the furniture and putting it back. We are are extremely satisfied with the stretching of the carpet and it's still holding up! They have my recommendation!!
THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO SHOW UP AT MY HOME BUT NEVER CALLED NOR SHOWED, VERY INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Atlanta Carpet Repair & Cleaning was absolutely great to work with. They always followed up with me and had great communication. All of the work was done incredibly well in one day and they were priced very competitively. I’ll definitely use them again for my next property.
