Just FYI, we used Atlanta Allergy and Asthma and because there was a three month wait for an appointment, we did a telephone consultation. The consultation lasted 10 minutes. We got a bill for $330, and we are responsible for $216.28 as the insurance paid the rest. They are in network! This is the rate that my insurance company negotiated with them.
