My wife and I needed CCTV footage to support our claim against an airline. The City of Atlanta Department of Aviation, and in particular Mr, Herschel Grangent, went above and beyond in helping us. 5 Star Service !!!!!
I arrived at Atlanta’s airport to discover the train(s) both tracks were not working, and the next best alternative between the airport and the rental car center was to take a taxi. With hundreds of people trying to do the same, both going from the airport to the rental car center, and from the rental car center to the airport; the experience was the worst I’ve encountered in 40 years of air travel.
