I had never ordered here before. I called with a tall order - same day custom arrangement and I wanted Hyacinths. I crossed my fingers. My friend was SO HAPPY with the arrangement she actually drove over to the florist to meet and thank them for such a beautiful spring arrangement (Hyacinths planted in a pot with some pussy willows etc. - see photo). Thank you Atkinson Florist for helping to make my dear friend's birthday very special!
The staff are awesome, very professional, helpful, quick and very welcoming. The go to place for bouquets and flowers for any urgent last minute request around the North York, Thornhill area.
I bought flowers here and they wilted within few days. I wasn’t sure if it was my fault, but when I called, they handled it kindly and offered an exchange. Their customer service truly made a difference, will definitely return!
