The staff are awesome, very professional, helpful, quick and very welcoming. The go to place for bouquets and flowers for any urgent last minute request around the North York, Thornhill area.
I bought flowers here and they wilted within few days. I wasn’t sure if it was my fault, but when I called, they handled it kindly and offered an exchange. Their customer service truly made a difference, will definitely return!
Such an amazing florist! With great customer service replaced old flowers with new ones and with such beautiful wrapping! Even after they were closed
