When I called ATI Physical Therapy I was in a lot of pain with knots in my muscles. I wanted to be seen as soon as possible and Vicki who is so very accommodating, took her lunch hour that day to help me so I would feel better. To me, that is someone who is willing to go the extra mile because otherwise I would have gone all weekend without treatment. She used dry needling for my knots which she's very good at it. All the people at ATI in Norfolk are very friendly and willing to help you!
This place is so amazing!! I love the great women who are here helping others to feel less pain, I haven't gotten deep muscle treatment and I walk out feeling so much better. It takes an everyday progress to pursue relive of pain. You girls rock
After a semi hit my jeep, my arm was tingling and my shoulder was sore. I went to Vicki & Jen for almost 8 weeks and I'm feeling much better. They really take the time to listen and address the source of the issues. Good stuff!
These people are very understanding, gentle, encouraging, fun, knowledgeable. They care about their clients.
