I rarely give five-star reviews but ATI Physical Therapy (and my PTD Alex!) on Michigan Rd deserve it. I saw Alex for six weeks and he was so helpful to me concerning my neck issues and he continually provided exercises to me for treating all my other aches and complaints. I was impressed with the kind professionalism of the staff and the dedicated care they provide this area of Indianapolis.

I am so pleased with the care I got at this ATI. I can’t thank you all enough for improving my range of motion. I really liked how you explained why I had to hold my arm a certain way to preform the exercise correctly. The “why” made sense and helped me remember when doing at home! I have been through a lot of PT with myself and mostly for my husband. I feel like I received the best treatment than we ever experienced! Thank you!
After 4 months, I just finished my last day of physical therapy at this ATI location (Michigan Road). The staff there could not have been any better. My therapist, Jalen, was extremely professional, proficient and friendly. His care with me was excellent! I'd also like to thank Bryce, who was extremely helpful when it came to navigating the administrative side of my care. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience they provided.
Broken hip, fractured vertebrae, rotator cuff surgery … I’ve had my share of issues requiring PT and Jalen is the best therapist with whom I’ve worked. He cares. He is knowledgeable, professional, personable and effective. I thought my back would never again permit me to live a full life. He proved me wrong. Thanks Jalen.
