Stellar care from all staff!
I went for a consultation visit only. I was on pain meds so I couldn't feel the pain that took me to dr. While completing your ppw I was rushed. I provided explanations of x-rays I recently had done. Never discussed those with me? Then I was told that they, your attendants, requested sessions 3 times per wk for 5 or 6 weeks... I said no!
