I went into ATI Physical Therapy expecting stretches, bands, maybe a little light exercise… not whatever that contraption was 😵💫⚡️ They hooked me up and said, “This might feel a little weird.” That was the understatement of the century 😌📉 The second it turned on, my muscles reacted like I had accidentally signed up for an alien interrogation device 👽🔌I’m sitting there trying to stay calm while my leg is twitching like it’s trying to send Morse code for “help me” 🦵📡💀 The machine is doing its thing, beeping and buzzi... read more
I hope you enjoy the full experience: exercises that make you question every life choice that led you to this moment ♀️, all while trying to smile through it like you’re not internally negotiating your will to live then having staff completely ignore your ouches then10/10 might recommend… if your goal is patience training, emotional endurance, and developing a personal bond with the waiting room chairs 🪑you come to the wrong place——-JK, I love this place
I’ve felt so much better since I started physical therapy, I haven’t taken my painkillers in 2 weeks because I have no pain, everybody in this office is very nice, very thoughtful, they always hear you and try to help you, the place is quiet and clean and it has a very nice view, thank you so much.
