I have sciatic nerve & arthritis down my spine & across the bottom of my back. I do see a pain management Dr. I am doing physical therapy on my knee. My meniscus was torn. Had surgery on November 19th 2024. I was told by Dr. Call the surgeon that I had arthritis in both knees.This is why I am doing physical therapy The first session I started feeling pain in my back.
