Super impressed with the staff at Wisconsin Athletico-Franklin. Worked with Tyler and Nicole. Both are very compassionate and competent therapists. Tyler even stayed late to give me my full appointment after I had difficulty finding the facility. Nicole is very knowledgeable and was willing to meet all my needs. Amanda is super-efficient in managing the job and keeping me informed of appointments and insurance related questions. Very personable experience! I cannot praise this establishment enough!!
Nicole is the best PT! She helped me go from barely being able to walk to running marathon!! I honestly love going to PT because Nicole and the staff are amazing and genuinely care about their patients. Nicole made the exercises fun and adaptable to my needs! Overall, Athletico Franklin has given me the best PT experience and I highly recommend them!
It was my second time using the Athletico-Franklin location for physical therapy. The first time was after shoulder surgery (5-6 years ago) and this time a neck injury. The staff was always friendly and attentive, the location is convenient, clean, and has plenty of parking close to the entrance. Nicole, Jimmy, Amanda and Jordan, thank you all for the help during my visits. Hopefully I won't be needing physical therapy again in the future, but if I do, I'll do so at the APT-Franklin again.
Jess, Amanda, and the rest of the staff at Athletico are truly awesome! They were very knowledgeable about my injury, and catered my therapy to fit the needs of my job. This was no “cookie cutter one size fits all process.” Not only was the therapy top notch, I could always look forward to some awesome conversation. They were very flexible in scheduling and I looked forward to every appointment. Do not hesitate to put yourself in their hands, they truly do care!
Nicole is an amazing PT. I have seen her for two injuries now and each time I leave feeling stronger and more confident. She is great at listening to her patients and tailoring therapy to each person. Nicole and the entire staff are extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend.
