ACN is a wonderful place to get fit, stay fit, and get a great dripping sweat in to relieve stress. I'm a 5am regular and am ALWAYS greeted with a smile. When my bride arrives, she uses loffstrands to help her walk and they hold the door for her when I'm not there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACN!!!
First of all, I love the facility! I was invited by an instructor named Hilary, and she was just awesome! I went to her Sunday morning 10am Turbo Kick class. The class was full and the energy was thru the roof..can't wait to visit ATL again.
MJ has been a wonderful trainer for me over the past couple of months. I am lifting more than I ever have been able to in the past and learning how to do a multitude of lifts that I was never able to do before. The facility is very clean and well kept. Thanks!

sha'bam is such a fun way to get your cardio and marybeth is a terrific and dedicated instructor!
