I come frequently to make use of the recovery sessions. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating and the environment is relaxing and down to earth. I would certainly recommend this business to both athletes and those simply trying to increase their wellness.
Highly recommend!! I play in 4 basketball leagues and at 31 it’s safe to say that I don’t recover like I used to. The Athlete Recovery Lounge is a must for me! I use the lounge for the red light therapy, the NORMATEC boots and the hot/cold tubs. It works wonders. Side note: It is always a very relaxing and peaceful environment.
What an amazing place! There is no other recovery center like this in Western Pennsylvania. The physical resources are just what is needed - cold tubs, hot tubs, saunas, light therapies and IV nutrition soon. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is a great community to join and to become a part of. If you were interested in bio hacking your health and striving to optimize the way you feel - do yourself a favor and visit the Athlete Recovery Lounge.
