If I could give any advice to first-time renters, it would be to avoid renting through Athens Real Estate Group. Throughout our entire lease, we had ongoing issues that were either ignored or never properly resolved. The previous tenant never updated their forwarding address, so we constantly received their mail. We were instructed to leave it outside for them, which meant we had someone else’s mail piling up on our doorstep almost every week.
