I had a really frustrating experience renting from this company in college. They came into our house unannounced, and apparently, the visit was related to an AC filter that the previous tenants had requested months earlier, but no one currently living in the house had been told they were coming. While they were there, they shattered a lamp in my room and broke several other things. I reached out afterward and was told they would reimburse me for the replacement.
