RecommendedPerhaps the best Management in all of Athens...
I have lived only since July, but I love it. Manager is always helpful and maintenance is fast. Very quiet neighborhood as well.
My husband and I had a great experience! They also do short term leases that are affordable, so that was perfect for us. Tammy in the office is so nice and helpful! She really does a great job and made our move in and move out smooth. The property is kept tidy, is gated, never heard our neighbors, and we felt safe living there. It is close to downtown as well! We would definitely recommend living at Athens Highlands.
Super dog friendly, great neighbors. if you ever have a probem, Tammy and the staff are there immediately to fix it. Close to just about everything. I highly recommend it.

Athens Highlands is located so close to the University, without the extremely high prices! Love the renovations they are doing also!
I moved out of town otherwise I would live here the rest of my life. Great place to live!
