Me & my family had a great experience with this dealership! Austin was our salesman & he was great to do business with! We also enjoyed our experience with the finance guy (I think his name was Oliver!). He explained everything simply & we could tell he knew his stuff! Charles and Athens Dodge was phenomenal ! Would recommend him/them to anyone looking to buy new or used. Charles not only got us into the car we wanted but made it as seamless and comfortable of a process as possible.
First, let me say I love dodge and Ram. That's the only thing in my driveway. However, ever dodge service department I have been to is trash. This one was no different. They wanted to change a caliper that was brand new because of a leak. $290 is what they were going to charge me for a new one. I took it back to the ppl who did it in the first place because of the warranty. Only thing wrong was a faulty washer. So, 290 for a washer was what I would have paid.
