A LIL LONG BUT THE BEST PART IS @ THE END. John Tiner and Athens DCJR are fantastic! Memories of my last vehicle purchase had me sleep deprived and full of anxienty by the time I called John about a vehicle I was interested in. Horrible customer service at the parts department. Called for a 2011volkswagen routon, and they do denied to sell me any parts. Philip, the parts manager got extremely upset and told me to go to the dealership to show him how to use the program when I went there. Supposedly, he was on lunch Aubrey. From the parts, department also did not wanna sell me any parts. Now I understand it's a Volkswagen, but on this 2011, everything is Chrysler.
