My experience with Athens Dodge Chrysler was a little rough at first me and my sales person Hampton was not seeing eye to eye…. But by the end of the week I was wanting my money back but Hampton found my car…. He was more excited than I was …. But I really appreciate him on everything he did …. He made sure I was gone get my car even when I didn’t think he was do it…. He did his BIG one
Hamilton was amazing! He walked us through the purchase of my grandsons first car. He was amazing and I would highly recommend him and them to anyone.
I did have an issue with my vehicle after service, which was frustrating at first. However, once I brought it to their attention and made it clear how serious the situation was, the owner reached out personally and handled it. They apologized and fixed the problem free of charge. I appreciate them stepping up and making it right.
