A family member NEVER received any bill then was served with a lawsuit! Very shady billing practices, I believe they have the wrong person!
1. The number on their website/google is invalid - it redirects you to St.Mary's hospital. 2. The financial department at St.Mary's gave me a new number which redirected me straight back to St.Mary's where they proceeded to laugh at me. 3. I never received my statement from Athens, which I am assuming the receptionist at the hospital completely messed up my address(I never received statements regarding my other bill due to this reason). 4. Sent out a civics case but when trying to arrange payments no one picks up or no one will pick up.
Instead of sending me a bill sent me to collection and then had a copy come to my.house and serve me papers for Bill's from 2015 and 2017.
My son was injured while deer hunting; taken immediately to St Mary's ER where he received emergent, compassionate, and professional care. Everyone treated him wonderfully and I am so grateful they were there In our time of need.
